Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role.
- A master's degree in a relevant field would be an asset.
- Previous experience in full-time remote work position.
- Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with candidates, managers, employees, and leadership at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in software applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to manage stress and prioritize effectively; punctuality, dynamism, and diligence.
- Quick execution, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a commitment to quality.
- Autonomous and structured, with a high degree of confidentiality in handling files.
- Experience with recruitment websites and social media platforms.
