Job Overview: As our HR specialist, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our human resources, playing a critical role in fostering a work environment that attracts, motivates, and retains the brightest minds in the industry. Key Responsibilities:

Please note that this position is fully remote.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role.
  • A master's degree in a relevant field would be an asset.
  • Previous experience in full-time remote work position. 
  • Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with candidates, managers, employees, and leadership at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in software applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize effectively; punctuality, dynamism, and diligence.
  • Quick execution, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a commitment to quality.
  • Autonomous and structured, with a high degree of confidentiality in handling files.
  • Experience with recruitment websites and social media platforms.
