Production Manager

Roles and responsibilities

• Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Ensure smooth and cost-efficient flow of production operations.
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
• Schedule shift according to production needs
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports
• Keep paperwork organized
• Collaborate with various steak holders to ensure availability of ensure raw materials needed for production and align with warehouse to ensure proper storage for finished goods

§ Ensure best utilization of product machines while coordinate with technical department to apply the needed regular maintenance in duet timing. § Trouble shoot all operational problems within are of responsibility and in coordination with other concerned departments § Manage employee performance in a fair and effective manner through applying reward and reprimand policy§ Keep on eye on new production trends in the market and suggest implementing new production process or new technology to maintain a competitive edge for our products.  § Participate in preparing budget for department under responsibility and continuously monitor costs Vs agreed budget. § Coordinate with HR in setting development plans to enhance team effectiveness § Ensure compliance to HSE regulations at all Production practices
