Job Description
- Responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors and direct them to the right person and department.
- Taking care of the office supplies and maintain a good level of stock.
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support services to the executives.
- Maintaining an organized and tidy reception area.
- Providing general administrative support as needed.
- Scheduling appointments and managing meeting room reservations.
