Job Description
Travel Consultant is required for Hojuzat Company
located in Dokki - Giza, Mansoura
with the following job description:
- Design travel packages and itineraries.
- Design and sells honeymoon packages .
- Handling FIT requests and create bookings through different reservation systems along with direct contracting
- Sells readymade group packages for outbound Travel.
- Sells the optional sightseeing tours and transfer for outbound travel .
- Follow up with clients through calls to provide the updates of their existing bookings for all the booked travel services.
- Prepare travel proposals and contracts for the client.
- Handle holidays packages operation for groups
- Handles Customer service , including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
- Outgoing calls to agents and suppliers to manage the accounts receivable and payable .
- Contact different suppliers (Hotels, sightseeing, airlines, local tour operator…etc) to confirm and follow up on outgoing travel services.
- Assist in training New employees.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in sales or tourism industry.
- Minimum of 3-year experience in tourism in the outbound department.
- Very Good English Language Level (writing & Speaking).
- Very Good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Presentable appearance
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
