Software Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Software Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. You will be responsible for defining project scopes, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders to meet project goals.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Facilitate regular project meetings, including requirements gathering sessions, UAT sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, etc.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, ensuring minimal impact on deliverables.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
