Job Description
- Develops, communicates, enforces, and monitors effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Creates annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
- Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory and proper counter procedures.
- Maximizes use of all order discount programs to achieve management stock order goals.
- Ensures all department tools, equipment and vehicles are in good working order.
- Manage. recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position.
- Leading edge in inventory control management, leading edge in parts & accessories retail management, leading edge in performance management, leading edge in branches & dealers’ development, fully operation in department strategy & planning.
- Establishing profit targets and action plans.
- Establishing collaborations and cooperative relations with other departments.
- Making and maintaining a good and safe work environment.
- Arranging the team time shifts and employees’ rotations between branches.
- Evaluating and monitoring the performance of department employees.
- Coaches staff on non-technical and know-how of the job.
- Establishing and implementing activities to increase fulfilment rate for customer satisfaction, profitability of parts/accessories.
- Authorizing and implementing operations within the guidelines assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
- Inventory control management experience is a plus.
- 10-15 yrs with 5 years in similar position.
- Very good understanding of After Sales business and automotive field.
- Strong communication and computational skills.
