Job Description
1. Customer Relationship Management:
- Effective communication with clients and proactive problem-solving approach
- Timely responses and regular check-ins
- Ongoing support to maintain strong client relationships
- Preparation and approval of all necessary documentation (agreements, proforma invoices, shipping documents, etc.)
- Coordination of client approvals for documents
- Regular meetings to ensure accurate short-term and long-term forecasting
- Monitoring and managing order status

- Ensuring compliance with agreement terms
- Payment tracking and monitoring
- Overseeing the implementation of the sales plan
2. Systems Management:
CRM (Salesforce) - Customer Service Model:
- Onboarding, qualification, and acceptance of counterparties
- Client communication and relationship management
- Opportunity and business case development
- Production request management
-CRM (Salesforce) Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Model:
- Forecasting and planning for an 18-month horizon
EDMS (OpenText) - Contract Management:
Initiation, approval, and signing of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Supply Agreements, One-Time Agreements, Additional Agreements, Specifications, Quality and Regulatory Agreements
ERP (SAP) - Order Management:
- Order processing and management
- Creation of shipping documents
- Closing of sales orders
3. Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Close collaboration with the Business Development team
- Coordination with the Commercial Department
- Interaction with the Marketing Department
- Engagement with the Regulatory Affairs Department
4. Sales Analytics and Reporting"
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or other related field
- Proven experience working as a Sales Specialist or in a similar role with responsibility for customer relationships and sales processes.
- Solid experience in production planning and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions (experience in a relevant sector is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is required).
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across various teams.
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- In-depth understanding of foreign market supply chains and familiarity with the documents required for international transactions (e.g., shipping documents, contracts, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce (optional but preferred). "
