Job Description
Spare parts pricing:
- Receive purchase requests from clients.
- Search manuals to identify and/ or select spare parts which meet the required specifications.
- Contact suppliers for inquiries regarding any unclear/ alternative part.
- Prepare the required quotations for the customers.
- Follow up, negotiate, and respond to customers’ inquiries until reaching final agreed prices and sending PO.
- Provide induction presentation for the clients on the supplied equipment, if needed.
- Complete the internal process by sending the POs to the coordinator to be requested and following up till the parts are imported & sent to the customer.
- Maintain an adequate supply of materials needed to ensure machine efficient performance.
- Keep effective communication with clients ,suppliers and the installation team.
On-site maintenance Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on all kitchen equipment to diagnose any breakdown or problem.
- Execute maintenance plans, procedures, and methods.
- Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly.
- Ensure machinery operates in a safe, efficient manner, acceptable with all health codes.
- Carry out inspections and regular maintenance visits for restaurant equipment, including fryers, dishwashers, stoves, food mixers, and buffet line equipment.
- Provide service support for refrigeration equipment, including but not limited to compressors, evaporators, and refrigerant leaks.
- Control maintenance tools, stores, and equipment.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs.
- Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.
- Coordinate technicians’ daily plans and visits reports.
Documentations & Reports:
- Hold & update reference sheets & documents that are relevant to the assigned tasks or projects.
- Provide daily report clarifying executed tasks progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering ( electrical power and machines department or any relevant field).
- Years of experience from 1 to 3 years as pricing / maintenance engineer.
- Very good command of English.
- Background of spare parts pricing is a plus.
- Advanced user of MS Excel.
- Details Oriented.
- Excellent written/ verbal negotiation & communication skills.
