Job Description
- Conduct regular visits to existing clients and prospective customers to build strong relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Continuously monitor and update knowledge of competitor products, services, and market conditions to stay competitive.
- Assess customer requirements on a regular basis, offering tailored product and service recommendations to meet their needs.
- Prepare and present price quotes, negotiate terms, revise contracts, and discuss mechanical specifications with customers.
- Provide regular reports to sales management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of business expenses and submit timely reports as required.
- Assist with tendering processes, including background research on contracting and mechanical specifications.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after sales to resolve issues and reinforce long-term relationships.
Job Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Abilities:

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a must.
- 0-3 years of experience.
