What you'll do at Webhelp
As a Customer Advisor, you will:
- Analyze customer requests and expectations and respond to them based on their needs and circumstances
- Use and master the tools and procedures provided by Qonto to deliver a customer-centric approach with a strong focus on problem solving in each of your interactions
- Manage multichannel interactions (voice, back-office and chat) on different lines (Customer Service, Integration)
- Help create a brand engagement for Qonto
- Promote positive results within your team as well as a memorable customer experience
- Receive and bring feedback openly to your team
- Follow the company's communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Net Salary | 9500 Net (7,600 + 1,900) |
Salary Split | 80% Fixed - 20% KPI's |
Working Days | Monday to Saturday |
Days off | 2 days off (Sunday is fixed day off + 1 day rotational) |
Working shifts | 9:00AM till 7PM |
Working Hours | 9 working hours including 1 hour break |
