Job Description
We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Sales Representatives to join Alimento’s sales team. You will be at the forefront of introducing cutting-edge digital solutions to restaurants, enabling them to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and increase revenue. With a strong focus on fieldwork, this role is ideal for fresh graduates with a background in food delivery, restaurant management, or restaurant purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating & Contact the outbound sales leads, conduct presentation meetings, quote, and until following-up to close the deal
- Understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support to build and maintain relationships with them.
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
- Own the relationship after the sale to make sure the client is happy and getting the benefits promised. and Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s in order to hit targets provided

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in food delivery or restaurant-related sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, resilient and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with the F&B industry and digital solutions is a plus.
