Urgently needed: HR/Admin position
Female candidates with one year experience in Real-estate is a must.
HR/Admin, you'll need to:
• Deal with telephone and email inquiries.
• HR duties such as search, interview & hiring candidates.
• Handling office task such as filing & generating reports and monitoring KPIs
• Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
• Knowledge about company vehicle registration and maintenance.
