Job Description
- To provide comprehensive support to our customers and to respond to any difficulties encountered by them.
- Oversee the provision of help desk support to customers experiencing difficulties with the company.
- Pass any customer comments on products to research and development staff to enable them to identify any potential improvements in products.
- Direct and control the staff of the department to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
- Develop and implement a customer service strategy which provides total customer satisfaction and meets corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and Spoken English
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 5+ years of customer success managerial experience in Real Estate Development is a must
