In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and brand growth for our prestigious clients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targetsLead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as neededBuild and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholdersIdentify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach to sales and marketing effortsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and make informed business decisionsPrepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior managementRequirementsMinimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a 5* or luxury hotel or resortMust have experience of working in the leisure segmentProven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategiesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholdersAbility to think strategically and make data-driven decisionsFlexibility to travel as neededBenefitsCompetitive Expat Package
