Job Description
- Supervise all housekeeping employees.
- Assign team members their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure that rooms are made as per hospitality standards.
- Plan the work for the housekeeping department and distributes assignments accordingly.
- Attend and resolve guest complaints.
- Perform other related tasks as needed and as requested.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Executive Housekeeping Manager position
- Has the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments and housekeeping staff.
- High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people of all business levels.
- Excellent understanding of housekeeping management procedures
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Accurate and organized.
