Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker with a B2 to C1 level (comfortable communicating with customers)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear and concise is key!)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (think on your feet and find solutions)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment (stay organized and manage your time well)
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts (willingness to work various hours is a plus)
- Customer service experience a plus (previous experience is valuable, but we're happy to train the right candidate!)
