Job Description
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives of the Company.
- Prepare periodic reports related to OD programs and activities, including Performance appraisal analysis, KPI readings, monthly training reports, and employee turnover.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to OD.
- Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the essential duties and responsibilities of each position.
- Create and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and to promote a consistent and efficient workplace.
- Develop and implement competency frameworks to identify and assess the skills and knowledge required for each position.
- Conduct workload analysis and manpower planning to ensure that the company has the right number of employees with the right skills in the right roles.
- Develop and implement KPI systems and performance management systems to track and measure employee performance.
- Develop and implement PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans) to help employees improve their performance.
- Execute succession plans and career pathway programs to identify and develop future leaders and to provide employees with opportunities for growth and development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR Diploma is a must.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in OD, Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent English language and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills.
- Results-oriented and customer-focused.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
