Job Description
- Responding to the clients’ (individuals or groups) requests via different channels, such as Email, Phone, and Chat.
- Create tailor-made itineraries
- Tour package pricing.
- Provide itinerary with the appropriate quotation to the customer
- Provide tourists with all required information a
- Describe trips to clients and give detailed information on any documents required, such as passports or visas to Egypt.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as an Inbound Tourism Advisor/Consultant
- Communicating with hotels for contracting
- preparing programs
- Calculating costs
- Following up on reservations guidance and transportation
- Implementing operations for arrival, departure and C/In customers
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
