Job Description
- Collaborate with the marketing team to establish design requirements, objectives, and deadlines.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for digital and print media including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Use various design software tools to create high-quality visuals that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of all designs by maintaining attention to detail throughout the design process.
- Conduct thorough research to stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation of designs.
- Provide support in editing and enhancing existing designs as required.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media trends is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
