Job Description
- Conducting market research and analyzing demographics, media usage, psychographic, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements.
- Developing effective media buying strategies and campaigns with marketing teams to most effectively reach the desired audience.
- Running effective and qualified Lead generation campaigns for different client sectors across the MENA region.
- Daily Campaign Optimization based on Analysis of Campaign Performance, including Bid/Budget Management and Landing Page Analysis.
- Continuous improvement by proactively assessing the latest digital practices and methodology.
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports.
- Plans, manages and executes paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, and management.
- SMM & SEM specialist; ability to run and optimize ads.
- Build an inbound & outbound marketing plan.
- Build, create and optimize direct Email campaigns.
- Tracking, analyzing and creating bi-weekly media reports.
- sourcing and presenting audience data and media buying proposals to clients for feedback.
- Monitoring campaign objectives and spending and evaluating campaign performance: reach, engagement, order volumes, etc
- Managing budgets and monitoring campaigns costs and ROI metrics.
- Tracking and presenting campaign data such as views, click-throughs rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
- Monitoring audience and media trends, practices, and new technologies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a media buyer
- Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research
- Interest in following advertising and media trends
- Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field
