Job Description
- Communicating with existing or potential customers whether by emails, phone, or any other means of Business Communication;
- Assist Export Managers in their Daily Tasks;
- Searching for Export Business Opportunities to be submitted, briefed, and / or reported to Export Managers;
- Coordinating / preparing required documentation of Export Department;
- Communication Link between Export Sales Team & Logistics Team;
- Follow up customers’ accounts with Financial Department to ensure secured Payment Collection;
- Issuing order instructions for production in coordination with Supply Chain Department;
- Coordinating with Logistics Officers regarding Completed Orders Shipments;
- Following up customers appreciation / evaluation of goods; After-sales Evaluation;
- Resolving issues with customers if they arise; Daily Communication;
- Representing the company in conferences, meetings, or exhibitions if requested.
- Additional export-related tasks may be assigned; Export Coordination;
Job Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience as coordinator or Administrative
- Very good in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration or relevant degree.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Presentable & have negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, numerical & quantitative skills, With accuracy & attention to details.
- Ability to work under pressure & to meet necessary deadlines.
- Highly motivated & have ability to work with diverse parties & multi-tasking
