Job DescriptionAs an Industry 4.0 Consultant you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of innovation for our manufacturing clients. You will be responsible for creating Industry 4.0 solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation within our manufacturing practice.Key Responsibilities Assess existing manufacturing processes across multiple customers and identify opportunities for digitization, automation, efficiency, and innovation (Smart Factory) In continuous interaction/consultation with the client, Ideate, Design and manage Industry 4.0 use cases, including IoT integration, data analytics, and advanced automation, tailored to the Aluminum/ Metal / Mining manufacturing sector Collaborate with cross-functional (also offshore) teams to ensure seamless integration of Industry 4.0 technologies into existing operations Provide strategic guidance on the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance productivity and quality Conduct training sessions to upskill the workforce on Industry 4.0 technologies and best practices Work closely with stakeholders to align Industry 4.0 initiatives with business goals and objectives Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in metal manufacturing and Industry 4.0Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or similar equivalent relevant work experience Proven experience as an Industry 4.0 Consultant, preferably in the Aluminium / metal / mining manufacturing sector In-depth, demonstrable knowledge of smart manufacturing principles, IoT, data analytics, and automation (Smart Factory) Familiarity with Aluminum / metal / Mining manufacturing processes, including the entire supply chain (Mining the raw materials, Refining the raw materials, Transportation of Refined materials (Sea/Truck), Crushing, Grinding, Digestion, Precipitation, Filtration, Calcination, smelting, casting, finishing, transportation, and delivery of the finished product to the end client) Strong project management leadership skills with a track record of successful client interactions and managing use case life cycles Excellent communication and collaboration skillsRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
