Job Description
- Develop, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns across various platforms, including search, social, programmatic, and display advertising.
- Define and implement media buying strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, such as increasing sales, improving ROI, and expanding brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze media buying performance metrics, such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV, to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and e-commerce, to develop and launch successful media buying campaigns that drive traffic, sales, and revenue.
- Manage relationships with agencies and negotiate media buying contracts to ensure competitive pricing and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for media buying and optimization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in the same field.
- 4 years of paid social experience, either agency or client-side, ideally with expertise in delivering campaigns for both B2C and B2B brands.
- Strong knowledge of media buying platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Experience across all major social platforms, with a proven track record of delivering significant ROI and ROAS.
- Experience in managing media buying campaigns at scale, demonstrating a successful history of driving results.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform media buying decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
