Job Description
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to concerned employee or department.
- Answering,screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and equipment.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing,photocopy and faxing.
- Saving files and creating a file for each Customer
- Communicate with departments and coordinate work between them
- Receiving customers' problems and following them up until they are solved

- Bachelor's degree.
- Females only
- V. good in speaking and writing English
- Very good in using MS office (word-excel).
- Very good organizational and communication skills.
- Have a decent appearance
- Strong personality and speaks eloquently
- One day off
