Job Description
- Process sales orders and provide order status updates to sales team.
- Process Samples Requests and handle their courier as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in databases.
- Carry out administrative duties.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Maintain contact lists and Client addresses.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth liaison.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team as necessary.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Greet visitors and provide general support to them as needed.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in same or related position
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Good Command of English
