Job Description

  • Process sales orders and provide order status updates to sales team.
  • Process Samples Requests and handle their courier as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in databases.
  • Carry out administrative duties.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Maintain contact lists and Client addresses.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth liaison.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team as necessary.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Greet visitors and provide general support to them as needed.
  • Handle any ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in same or related position
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Good Command of English
