- Responsible for the evaluation of actual and potential suppliers of goods and services that affect the quality of product / system / service.

- Liaise with Engineers involved in procurement for projects and with QC Managers in the evaluation of suppliers.
|
- Coordinate the activities of procurement to achieve delivery to the factory “just in time” and the targets agreed.
|
- Submit the adequate standards to suppliers to safeguard their good names, reputation and reliability of both products & services.
|
- Review the quotations, orders and contracts.
|
- Control & maintain the Quality System documentation within his department.
|
- Place the orders and monitor them.
|
- Maintain a high degree of relationship with the suppliers.
|
- Build strong and confident relationship with staff and management.
|
- HSE Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the purchased items are complying with legislations & regulations.
- Evaluate the performance of suppliers and sub-contractors’ as per HSE regulations.
- Keeps MSDS of raw materials.
- Follow office safety work instructions.
- Evacuation in case of emergency.
