HR Generalist

We are looking for someone to:

• Handle all personnel tasks and monthly Attendance.
• Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
• Develop company and team culture.
• Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies
• Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Handles All Employee Relations matters.
• Administering on-the-job training programs.
• Updates and Creates HR policies.
• Handle Medical insurance matters.
