Medication Warehouse Supervisor ( Cairo )

Receive Medical supplies after its delivery and comply its proprieties, price, quantity, expiry dates as mentioned in purchasing order  

Code the purchased supplies on the system before its storage

Upload supplies quantum with codes on the system to be shared with nursing, medical Sec, Finance departments

Dispense medical supplies to the hospital departments upon approved schedules

Review stored supplies Min. and Max. levels, check “ Near to be expired” and report the status to the MTM and other departments .

Send fixed assets report to finance department

Comply with the department policies, instructions and guidelines

Commit to the code of ethical conduct policy and share the core values of hospital within the teamwork  

Comply with the general rules that regulate dress code, punctuality and personal hygiene.  

Provide requested reports for the department to Warehouse Manager.
