Job Description

  • Supervise and lead the TPA (Third Party Administrator) sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets within the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote TPA services to corporate and individual clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients, brokers, and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Resolve client issues and inquiries promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy. 
  • Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in sales, within the insurance sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of TPA services, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in client relationship management and business development.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
