Job Description
- Lead and oversee the mesotherapy product line, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and profitability of the mesotherapy division.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve sales, marketing, and operational targets.
- Collaborate with research and development to innovate and enhance mesotherapy product offerings.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate with regulatory and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for the mesotherapy specialty.
- Drive training and development initiatives to elevate team expertise in mesotherapy products and applications.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the mesotherapy line.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product line management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, medical supplies, or beauty cosmetics sectors.
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing product portfolios in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of mesotherapy products, applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
