Job Description
- Assist Quality Director in all delegated tasks.
- Working with staff at all levels to ensure the implementation of quality management
system including (International patient safety goals and Infection Control). - Monitoring and Evaluating to make sure that the appropriate standards for homecare are
implemented. - Non conforming management tasks including (investigation, root cause analysis, failure
mode and effect analysis, suggesting with the quality manager the corrective and
preventive actions). - Participate in QMS policies & procedures initiation across all national and international
branches. - Auditing the progress and reporting to the quality manager.
- Participate in internal audit process if certified as internal auditor.
- Assist in standardization of QMS across all national and international branches.
- Responsible for KPIs analysis and monitoring.
- Report on results of quality activities.
- General Reports.
- General Follow up.
- Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned by Quality Director
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine/Pharmacy/Nursing or any related field.
- 2 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field.
- Must have TQM/CPHQ Diploma.
- Age: 26 : 35
- Preferred Six Sigma diploma/course.
- Advanced knowledge in using MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint skills).
- Excellent command of English.
