Job Description
We’re hiring our first Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing talent function and fuel the company's explosive growth. This person will work closely with a team of high-performing recruiters to build a high-velocity recruiting engine. This is a great role for someone looking to accelerate their recruiting career and move quickly into a high-impact role.
What You'll Do
- Support the talent team through the coordination of candidate interviews and drive a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Work to build out our applicant tracking system and find new efficiencies that will help the recruiting team work smarter and not just harder
- Contribute to sourcing projects to drive new candidate acquisition
- Collaborate with our Hr business partners, and other Recruiters to ensure we hit our ambitious hiring goals
- Connect the recruiting process to larger post-hire culture initiatives
- Gain experience that will allow for a quick transition to a high-impact full-cycle recruiting role
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of recruiting or operations experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
- Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks at once
- Ability to build infrastructure from the ground up
- Desire to grow into a more senior recruiting role
- Overall track record of professional and academic success
