Prepare & supervise the annual Maintenance plan to guarantee the efficiency of the workflow to achieve department objectives.
Assure the implementation of policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Prepare department budget
Supervise maintenance staff by figuring out workloads and schedules; develops, interprets, and implements policies and procedures.
Ensure that safety training is provided to staff and that accurate safety practices are followed.
Respond to emergencies as requested; coordinates activities with other responders; advises the work of staff and utilization of resources to effect repair and ensure the safety of the community.
Arrange schedules for machine repair, maintenance, and installation to avoid any delays.
Authorize the purchasing of tools, spare parts, equipment, and supplies required for operations, within company limits and assigned budget.
Discuss with management, engineering, and relevant departments to resolve maintenance problems.
Participate in all projects to improve the efficiency and overcome obstacles of production lines.
Avail the Maintenance requirements of spare parts.
Implement strict safety guidelines and company standards regarding safety, health, and environmental protection.

Education: Bachelor Degree (Engineering: Mechanical or Electrical field)
Work Experience: Over +10 years of experience in the same field – preferably in FMCG
Knowledge:
Safety practices and principles related to maintenance activities
Corrective and Preventive Maintenance
Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with the operations and accounting teams and external suppliers.
Familiarity with scheduling tools and techniques to optimize delivery and receipt processes.
Ability to analyze and track resource availability for efficient team allocation.
Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and a proactive approach to ensure smooth operations.
