Social Media Advertising Specialist - TikTok & Snapchat

NBM Agency is looking for a Social Media Advertising (SMA) Specialist to take its social media presence to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and manage multi-strategy social media advertising campaigns across TikTok and Snapchat
• Monitor and analyze campaigns and make regular proactive changes to improve campaign performance and budget pacing
• Partner with internal clients to understand customer goals and make recommendations for campaign optimizations and customizations to drive desired outcomes
• Effectively manage a queue of internal support tickets from receipt to resolution to support customer satisfaction and retention
• Apply advanced knowledge of social media advertising advancements and best practices to keep solutions and service competitive
• Gather, analyze, and organize complex information, conduct comparative analyses, make recommendations supported by identified facts, and present clear recommendations to internal clients
