Job Description
- Supervise the stuffing, loading, and lashing of FG inside containers to ensure safety and security during transit.
- Ensure all packaging and loading processes comply with company standards and international export regulations.
- Inspect and verify that all goods are properly packed, labeled, and secured before shipment.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize loading efficiency.
- Lead and support the team in executing daily tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to prevent damage or loss during transportation.
- Enforce workplace safety guidelines and ensure all team members follow best practices.
- Work closely with shipping and export departments to meet delivery schedules.
- Report any issues or discrepancies in loading and packing operations to the management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging and loading operations.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure goods are safely loaded and secured.
