Job Description
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Prepare and handle logistical documents (RFQs, POs, Invoices, etc.).
- Coordinate international shipments and liaise with logistics providers.
- Oversee import operations while ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Monitor shipping costs and track changes in regulations.
- Draft professional correspondence in both English and Arabic.
- Utilize ERP systems (Odoo preferred) for operations management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Commerce, or a related field (English section graduates preferred).
- 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, operations, import/export, and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, NAFEZA, and Egyptian customs regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
