Job Description
- Design Preparation: Developing and designing architectural plans and technical specifications for projects.
- Project Management: Monitoring the progress of architectural projects in terms of timeline and budget, ensuring they are executed according to the specified standards.
- Team Coordination: Coordinating with other engineering teams and contractors to achieve common goals and resolve any issues that arise.
- Document Review: Reviewing design documents and technical specifications to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and designers to ensure the project requirements are met.
- Technical Analysis: Conducting technical analysis of projects and proposing appropriate solutions to improve design and performance.
- Client Communication: Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and providing technical advice to ensure their satisfaction with the final outcomes.
- Compliance: Ensuring that all work complies with local and international laws and regulations, as well as safety standards.
- Report Preparation: Preparing periodic reports outlining work progress, costs, and issues faced by the project.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a System Security Engineer or Information Security Engineer
- Experience in building and maintaining security systems
- Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating system security
- Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc
- Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools
- Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
- Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
- Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
