Job Description
- Promote and sell orthopedic medical devices (plates, screws, trauma implants) to hospitals, clinics, and orthopedic surgeons.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly orthopedic specialists.
- Provide product demonstrations and support during surgeries when needed.
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or Science.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales, especially in the field of orthopedics.
- In-depth knowledge of orthopedic products (plates, screws, trauma systems).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
