- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of a computer and network systems.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware or software issues.
- Repair and replace the damaged computer and network components.
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles.
- Support employees whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.
- Maintain and update technical documentation on a regular basis.
- Test new hardware and software before full-scale installation.
- Do other related job tasks as required
