Job Description

  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of a computer and network systems.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware or software issues.
  • Repair and replace the damaged computer and network components.
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles.
  • Support employees whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation on a regular basis.
  • Test new hardware and software before full-scale installation.
  • Do other related job tasks as required
  • Ability to work with different levels of knowledge and diagnose different problems.
  • Ability to identify the different problems which need escalation to different teams and follow up with them till resolution.
  • Can work with different tasks smoothly and effectively.
  • Deliver the knowledge needed to the customers in a simple way.
  •  Quick to learn and intuitive, to be honest, and Excellent communication skills.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
  • Years of Experience: 1-2
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Males Only.
  • Max age is 26.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow technical procedures accurately.
  • Language/s: Proficiency in English
  • Software: Good understanding of computer systems  Mobiles, devices, and other tech products
  • MCPMCSA certificate is preferred
