Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Strong Microsoft Finance and operations knowledge
- Collaborate with finance and Operations department managers to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals to identify how ERP solutions can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring all aspects from data migration, configuration, and customization are executed according to project timelines.
- Develop and deliver training programs for our employees and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues to ensure smooth operation post-implementation.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to maximize the ROI of the ERP systems, including process reengineering and best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for required positions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an ERP Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics365 f&O).
- Demonstrated ability to implement and manage ERP projects from inception to completion.
- Experience in Implementation of ERP Microsoft 365 (F&O) before is the must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business workflows.
- Strong Communication, interpersonal skills and project management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
