Job Description

  1. Archive all designs, personal photos and photos during trips for the Chairwoman 
  2. Update all the records on regular basis, keep electronic versions (soft copies) for accessible search. 
  3. Organize the archive for the Creative Director & Head Designer and organize the archive according to the Head Designer’s recommendations. 
  4. Enter the date of  the new books after binding  and coding according the Book Collector’s program sequence
  5. Maintain & update the Chairwoman’s media and administrative files in her archives.
  6. Maintain & update Chairwoman’s business contact database
  7. Responsible for Chairwoman’s office petty cash, record office purchases and settle payments with the Financial Department according to the procedures and regulations. 
  8. Any other duties assigned by Executive Assistant  of Chairwoman.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor Degree is Required; preferably Bachelor of art in library science.
  • Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  •
