Job Description

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the corporate marketing and PR strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain a strong corporate brand image and reputation in the market.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing and PR team to ensure consistent performance and creativity.

Corporate Marketing

  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Oversee the creation of corporate marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Manage corporate sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.

Public Relations & Media Management

  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the company in media and public forums.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers.
  • Write and distribute media statements, and official announcements.
  • Manage crisis communication and safeguard the company’s reputation during challenging situations.

Content Development & Communication

  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for internal and external audiences, including newsletters, blogs, and social media.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align communication with business priorities.

Event Management

  • Plan and manage corporate events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate press briefings, media events, and product launches.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events while maximizing their impact on brand visibility.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and PR activities using KPIs and analytics.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on campaign performance, media coverage, and ROI.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or Pharmacy (mandatory).
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications are a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical or animal health industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading marketing campaigns and managing corporate communications.
