Job Description
- Prepare and maintain quality management documentation
- Develop and manage a document control system for the company and an archiving system for documents
- Develop and follow-up on the CAPA system for non-conformities results from systems such as complaints, NCR, Audit findings, pest control management, etc
- Collect quality KPIs and analyze performance
- Prepare ISO 9001, 22000, and 45001 requirements for the company with all departments, and follow up for compliance with the support of the auditing team.
- Develop and prepare quality specifications for all products sold by Breadfast.
- Present monthly report for quality performance with KPIs
- Conduct or assist with regulatory and quality training sessions
- Provide departments with quality planning and support
- Assist with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule all document control reviews and audits utilizing the Quality Management system.

- Work Experience in Quality Assurance and document
controlling or a similar field is preferred

• Track and close all actions, RCA,NCR
• Coding all documents
• Close all documents files for QMS(ISO)
