Job Description
- Our studio is looking for a Junior Architect willing to work in a variety of projects including Architecture, interior, and landscape. He/ She will take part in the process from concept, Schematic to Design Development. The candidate must have good design and communication skills the ability to Lead.
- The Junior Architect will be working under the direct supervision of the Design Manager.
The candidates scope includes but is not limited to the following:
- Participate in Client meetings
- Creation / compiling of the mood board
- Compiling Presentations
- Client communication + Follow-ups
- Purchasing
- Furniture Selection
- Construction drawings and Design Development Documents
- Produce a BOQ and FF&E Selections package
- HVAC, Electrical, Switches, Ceiling, Flooring Drawings.
- Site Visits

- AutoCAD
