Job Description
- Negotiate contract agreements for Opening Branches.
- Assess performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
- Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner.
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and the external institutions as outside contracts representative.
- Develop and implement effective negotiation proposals.
- Coordinate with external institutions to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
- Moderate and attend meetings with clients if there are any contractual conflicts.
