Job Description
- Assistance to the management team, especially the pedagogical management
- Dealing with the day-to-day business
- Handling daily correspondence
- Taking over the quality management system
- Contact person for teachers, parents and external service providers
- Organisation of school events
- Maintenance of school administration data
- Support in the preparation and production of school reports
- Planning, organising and preparing business trips
- Preparation of conferences, meetings and discussions with taking minutes
- Carrying out individual orders from the school and management staff

Job Requirements
- Completed training as a foreign language assistant or management assistant for office communication. professional experience in working as an assistant or managing a secretariat
- Willingness to get involved and familiarise yourself with the needs of an educational campus
- Very good knowledge of English and German required
- Basic knowledge of administration, accounting and economic planning
- Confident use of the MS Office package
- Motivation for further education and training - also in the form of independent knowledge acquisition, practical transfer of further education experiences
- Ability to engage in self and team reflection, practice counseling and the like
- Committed, resilient, well-structured and self-reliant way of working
