Job Description
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure the wellbeing of all students and provide high quality support for students’ personal and social development.
- Schedule & attend observation sessions for the referred students with the Key Stage Head
- Sets action plans for teachers for the referred cases if needed.
- Support students in order to develop positive work habits, willingness to collaborate with others, well developed study skills, strong powers of concentration and application and high aspirations for academic success.
- Providing counselling services to students to help them overcome behavioural and academic challenges
- Creating a safe and confidential environment for students to express and work on the issues
Job Requirements
- Previous relevant experience as a School Counselor.
- Bachelor's degree in a Psychology or a related field.
