Job Description
- Follow up and Implement the action plan in order to meet the deadline (QS)
- Amend consultant’s comments on the QS.
- Report the status of the QS to the direct managers when required.
- Make sure that all the needed QS are ready on time to send it to the consultant.
- Work as the linking person between the site and the technical office team in the HQ.
- Issue the QS made for the sub-contractors in order to get the final approval from the Engineering Manager.
- Write subcontractors’ and clients’ invoices, and coordinate with relevant departments/personnel to obtain or provide the needed data (g. quantity take-offs) for a correct and accurate charge of payment amounts and/or for issuing the invoices.
- Support Technical Office personnel in quantity surveys (quantity take-offs) for the architectural items of the project (whenever needed)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- 3-6 years of experience in projects.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- Great networking abilities.
