Job Description

  • Building an annual training program and preparing the academy's training plans.
  • Collecting notes from trainers and trainees after each session or training program.  
  • Assessing educational effectiveness and summarizing evaluation reports that determine the influence & Impact of the training on employee skills and how it affects their key performance indicators. 
  • Preparing and review the training schedule daily.
  • Identify training needs by assessing strengths and weaknesses.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders (department managers) regarding staff training needs.
  • Assessing training needs through interviews with staff or focus groups or consult with managers, trainers or customer representatives.
  • Presenting information using a variety of educational methods or educational activities, such as role-playing, simulation, team exercises, group discussions, videos or lectures.
  • Obtaining, organize or develop training procedure manuals, guides or course materials, such as leaflets or visual materials.
  • Attending meetings or seminars to obtain information to be used in training programs or to inform the management the status of the training program.
  • Monitoring training costs and preparing budget reports to justify expenditures.
  • Working in coordinating with potential clients to design, plan and manage events, projects, workshops and training programs at the Academy.
  • Coordinates, develops and manages schedules, detailed plans and schedules of various activities held at the Academy.
  • Attracting outstanding competent trainers to carry out the training process in the various curriculum and training programs at the Academy.

Job Requirements

  • BSC. Degree from an accredited university and recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education.
  • 3-5 years experience in same or relevant role
  • Fluent English.
  • training experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command in preparing presentations and writing reports.
  • Effective communication skills and Decision Making.
