Job Description

  • Responsible for all company cars & vehicles, that includes sales department cars, return & warranty department car’s, and warehouse department cars.
  • Responsible for legal government documents of the company cars & vehicles.
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates the operation of vehicle maintenance and repair programs for company owned vehicles.
  • Ensure optimized logistics solutions for maintaining maximum fleet utilization and minimizing cost.
  • Prepares and directs in-service training programs for newly employed people related to the logistic Department.
  • Plans and administers a preventive maintenance and vehicular replacement program.
  • Receives and processes vehicle accident and damage reports.
  • Prepares cost analysis and periodic management and operational reports.
  • Ensure Safety vehicle awareness for the full fleet by preparing training and orientation programs.
  • Coordinates with the various departments to create a concept that ensures the implementation of the distribution plan with the highest possible quality.
  • Supervises daily the implementation of the distribution plan through the reports of the daily operating statement and delivery requests to customers to obtain the best quality and the lowest cost.
  • Responsible for deciding if the company vehicle’s should be assigned to better meet company needs, whatever needs to purchase new or sold old vehicles.
  • Responsible for tracking (GPS) via I-Tracking program.
  • Follow up and approve for car maintenance custody and follow up periodic maintenance according to the set plan.
  • Submitting periodic reports for the maintenance of the company's cars.
  • Resolve problems connecting transportation.
  • Preparing monthly reports for expenses required for vehicle depreciation.
  • Follow up and approve for car maintenance custody and follow up the periodic maintenance according to the set plan.
  • Ensure the create system for the fleet department  & ensure that procedures are abided by company policy.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of commerce.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience including at least 5 years in a relevant disciplines.
  • Excellent user ability for Microsoft Office.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • You must be trustworthy
  • A knack for negotiation and networking
  • Organizational and Planning skills
